De eerste DLC voor Dead to Rights zal gaan verschijnen op 28 mei. Het gaat om het GAC-Pack dat verschijnt voor 400 Microsoft punten. De software bevat Jack en Shadow ingame content packs, welke eerder al via pre-order beschikbaar werden gesteld. Verder is ook een nieuwe missie met de naam ‘Assault on the 87th Precint toegevoegd. Tot slot is er ook een Riot Control game mode toegevoegd samen met 10 nieuwe achievements (zie beneden):
