The text on the screen was obviously formatted for users already having entered the HD Era, and not ones waiting for a more reasonable price, because the font size is essentially unreadable at its current miniscule size, even with component cables.
Fans cried out in pain over the revelation, but Capcom said nothing until an official Capcom message board administrator sympathized with the complaints and said they’d been forwarded to “every source within Capcom possible” but warned against petitions and campaign to spam Capcom’s support email, as such efforts only hinder the company’s ability to respond.
Message board administrators can’t do jack about providing a patch, though, so we contacted Capcom for the scoop on what was happening. Unfortunately, plans are still up in the air. “We are aware of the issue regarding the text size and appreciate the feedback we have heard from fans. We are looking into this, but have not announced a patch at this time,” a Capcom representative told 1UP last night.
