Electronic Arts had liever willen zien dat zij konden aankondigen dat King Kong GOLD is gegaan maar het is nu wel degelijk Ubisoft waarvoor Peter Jackson heeft gekozen. De op de film gebaseerde game is vandaag klaar voor de lopende band gebleken. In Amerika zal het spel op 22 november gaan verschijnen voor een prijs van 49.99 dollar. De Europese release is nog onbekend. Het spel zal voor de PC, PlayStation 2 en Xbox verschijnen.

While the Xbox 360 version of Peter Jackson’s King Kong: The Official Game of the Movie is slated to go “Gold” the first week in November, it too will launch on November 22, 2005, alongside its console counterparts and the Game Boy Advance title Kong The 8th Wonder of the World. PSP and Nintendo DS versions of Peter Jackson’s King Kong: The Official Game of the Movie will launch soon.
