Harmonix, developer van de games Guitar Hero III en Rock Band, heeft bekend gemaakt dat het spel Rock Band GOLD is gegaan voor de Xbox 360, Wii, PlayStation 2 en PlayStation 3. De distributie zal door Electronic Arts gerealiseerd gaan worden. Het pakket zal op 18 december aanstaande in Amerika verkrijgbaar zijn, waarna Europa volgend jaar volgt. Rock Band zal voor een retail prijs van 159.99 Dollar verkocht worden.
